One-on-One

Many people find benefit from working with a coach outside of a class setting. For those looking to improve athletic performance and/or reduce pain or dysfunction in an expedited manner, we highly recommend working one-on-one with a coach. Everyone’s physiology is different and has specific methods that they will respond to. It’s always recommended to have your program tailored specifically to you for best results.

Once our clients understand The ELDOA practice, a personal program can be set up and all that is required are a few check-ups here and there to make sure progress is being made. Our clients love this option because it is fast and effective as well as economical.

Some people may require more time and work than others depending upon athletic goals or the severity of the injury that is being recovered from.
